Abstract

Built on the success of the annual UMD-NCI workshops of the “Partnership for Cancer Technology” in the past few years, we would like to invite you to participate in our first UMD-NCI Cancer Technology and Epidemiology Symposium.

Jointly organized by the University of Maryland’s College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences, School of Engineering, School of Public Health, the Biostatistics and Risk Assessment Center (BRAC), University of Maryland Cancer Epidemiology Alliance (UMCEA), and the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC), the Symposium is to foster interactions with research centers at the National Cancer Institute, including the Center for Cancer Research, and other NCI divisions involving epidemiological research.

Registration is required. The Symposium is free to attend but seats are limited.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided to registered participants.
