Abstract

Advanced Systems Development, the newest member of the MC2 Corporate Partners Program, offers IT support to our nation’s federal and defense agencies.

ASD’s motto is “Mission First Service Always.”

ASD’s Executive Director Harry Wingo will offer a unique perspective on the types of interdisciplinary, out-of-the-box thinking required to meet the challenges associated with the field of cybersecurity.

Bio

Harry Wingo is executive director, Advanced Joint Infrastructure Engineering Services and Solutions within Advanced Systems Development Inc. In this role, he is focused on developing cybersecurity services for the Department of Defense and other U.S. government customers.


Wingo has more than 25 years of government and corporate leadership experience, including managing teams, budgets and programs. His experience includes 15 years focused on information and communications technology law and policy, including cybersecurity, cloud computing and IoT.

Previously, Wingo was the President and CEO of the D.C. Chamber of Commerce and worked as Senior Policy Counsel in Google’s D.C. office. Wingo served for more than six years as a Navy SEAL officer and is a graduate of Yale Law School and the U.S. Naval Academy.
