Abstract
Privacy Pass is a protocol which helps Tor users avoid having to do so many CAPTCHAs (a thing that happens frequently if you’re on Tor), while still retaining anonymity. The cryptographic cornerstone of this construction is a Verifiable Oblivious Pseudorandom Function. We’re gonna break that down and talk about what this scheme can and cannot do this Monday.
