Abstract

Distributed fault-tolerant protocols offer correctness guarantees even when some parties are faulty. In this talk, we'll look at a Byzantine fault-tolerant protocol for atomic broadcast (HoneyBadgerBFT, Miller et al) and discuss how the state of the art overall has advanced in recent years.
