Assembly graph bouillabaisse
Abstract
I will give a practice version of my upcoming short talk for ISMB, on methods for decomposing and visualizing metagenome assembly graphs. I don't know if these emails are actually going anywhere, so if you're reading this, please raise your hand and say "cantaloupe" at the seminar when it comes time to ask questions. I will then touch on a few interesting problems and case studies that have come up along the way.
