Stephen Roth is Professor of Kinesiology and a Director in the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center. He has worked closely with the Office of Faculty Affairs on the revisions to the APT guidelines around teaching, and has delivered a number of workshops for junior faculty about teaching excellence in relation to promotion. He will discuss the changes in APT guidelines and provide ideas for how junior faculty should approach development of a teaching portfolio in advance of the promotion process.
